This was one of the most complicated marquee installations ever taken on in Perth, with many people expecting that it would have to be contracted a large eastern states company. Reece’s was happy to quash those expectations proving again we are one of the countries leading events companies able to take on the logistics and problem solving requirements of even the most complicated events.
This expo is the largest of it's kind in the world and in April of 2016 it came to Perth. Planning for this event began 4 years before this and since then Reece's had been working in collaboration with Perth Expo Hire to make its vision a reality. Due to the size of the expo not a square meter of space was left inside the Perth Convention Centre and so Reece's was contracted to supply a number of marquees the most spectacular of which was a 30m x 50m warehouse marquee with internal glace atriums to surround the existing tree's in the car park. Scaffold stair wells were used to link the marquee on the ground floor to the exhibition spaces on the first floor and the delegates used this marquee for dinning and as break out spaces to network.
The 5 day expo culminated in a cocktail party on the South Perth foreshore with a vista of the Swan River, King's Park, and the Perth city skyline. Here we supplied an enormous 30m x 70 warehouse with a combination of silk lining and clear roof panels that linked to an outdoor alfresco area. The finished product was admired by over 2000 delegates from around the globe who attended the event.
